La Presión en la Salida del Equipo Rival

Una de las preguntas más frecuentes para el cuerpo técnico en la preparación de un plan de partido, y que nos hacen dar más vueltas a la cabeza para asegurarnos al 100% que va a salir bien, es el cómo presionar los inicios del equipo rival (en caso de que el equipo tenga un modelo de juego de defensa en bloque alto).

+ El presionar el inicio del rival es siempre algo preciado si se consigue hacer bien, ya que el hecho de recuperar balón cerca del área rival te otorga la posibilidad de generar peligro con una finalización en pocos contactos.

Por otro lado se está asumiendo una situación de riesgo, ya que si el equipo rival consigue zafarse de esa presión alta superando las primeras líneas de presión, el equipo defensor tendrá mucho espacio por defender, y pocos efectivos para hacerlo.

= Esto supone que la mayoría de entrenadores estudien muy bien la forma de hacerlo, e incluso algunos de ellos renuncien a plantearlo, esperando directamente al rival en un bloque medio debido al riesgo que supone o bien debido a la búsqueda de una situación distinta a la comentada tras recuperación del balón.

Entonce, qué hay que tener en cuenta a la hora de plantear el inicio de presión contra el rival al que nos enfrentamos? Intentaremos comentar algunas de las claves:

  • Estudiar la estructura adoptada por el rival. Algo muy importante y básico, es conocer la organización del equipo rival en el terreno de juego en esa fase y momento del juego en concreto (que seguramente será distinta a la estructura de este mismo equipo en Construcción o Finalización).
  • Tener clara mi estructura en esa presión alta, y estudiar si hay que introducir alguna variación en ella para asegurar una buena presión colectiva teniendo en cuenta la estructura del rival y las características de mis jugadores. A qué jugadores saltamos, qué jugadores dejamos libres, como disuaden los más lejanos, etc.
  • Identificar la demarcación débil. Siempre hay algún jugador de los implicados en el inicio del juego que tiene menos habilidad para sacar el balón limpio, bien por sus características, por jugar a perfil cambiado, etc. Importante para plantearse hacia dónde invitamos ir al rival para luego acorralarlo.
  • Decidir si buscamos robar en carril central o carril lateral. Esto va a depender bastante del punto anterior, y de la idea de transición que tengamos después, así como la dificultad de ejecutar una opción u otra en esa fase defensiva.
  • Estudiar los mecanismos de salida comunes en el rival. Esto nos dará una idea de qué intención táctica va a tener el rival en esa salida de balón. Qué movimientos y pases priorizan, además de conocer el nivel de riesgo que asumen en esa posible presión nuestra. ¿Arriesgan balones o lo juegan largo a la mínima presión?
  • Fijar bien el estímulo de presión. La presión alta es un aspecto colectivo, no individual, por lo tanto para asegurar una buena coordinación en ese inicio de presión, será importante marcar un estímulo que nos marque cuando saltar. Puede ser tras un pase atrás, pase de central a lateral, pase al mediocentro, un mal control, después de la señal de un jugador del equipo…
  • Qué buscar si recuperamos el balón. No podemos entrenar el cómo presionar arriba sin entrenar qué situaciones de juego buscamos rápidamente tras robar balón en esa zona.
  • Cómo actuar si nos superan la primera línea de presión. Por último y no menos importante, es básico tener entrenado el cómo actuar colectivamente en caso de ser superados en ésa presión alta para que el rival no saque provecho de la acción y nos genere una acción de peligro. Qué jugadores repliegan, qué jugadores temporizan, si salta alguien al posesor del balón, etc.

Lo más bonito de todo esto, es que no hay una forma universal de hacerlo, sino que cada partido supone un nuevo reto.
